Your data is used solely to provide and improve the ChequeCheck service, including managing your cheques, sending reminders, and providing reports. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your information is stored securely using Supabase and is encrypted where appropriate.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage your information directly within the app settings.
6. Usage Analytics and Session Recordings
We use Sentry for error diagnostics and Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics and masked session recordings. Diagnostics may include your user ID, email, display name, business ID, subscription state and language preferences. We exclude financial details, uploaded documents and form values. You can disable analytics and recordings in Settings for this browser; essential sanitized error reporting is separate. Clearing browser data resets your preference. Previously collected information is subject to each provider's retention and deletion policies.
